Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mobile applications and services provided by PaiIT("we", "us", or "our"), including PaiOS, PaiFit, Gem TD and the website paiit.io. By using our apps or services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of our services

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Health and fitness disclaimer

PaiOS, PaiFit and related tools are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice. Content and insights are for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness programme or making health decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code
• Use our services to harm, harass or impersonate others
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorised access
• Use our services in violation of applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual property

All content, features, design and software in our apps are owned by PaiIT or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may be offered as paid subscriptions or in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their terms. We do not process payment card information directly.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a product. You may stop using our services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaiIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PaiIT operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
