Before you write

These details help me fix things faster:

• The name of the app (PaiOS, PaiFit, Gem TD, etc.)
• Your device model and operating system version
• The app version, if known
• A clear description of the issue or question
• Screenshots or screen recordings, if applicable

App-specific help

PaiOS

HealthKit permissions, data sync or insight questions: check that Health permissions are enabled in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health. If data looks missing, try force-quitting and reopening the app.

PaiFit

Trainers and studio admins: include your studio name and role for account access, client management or scheduling issues.

Gem TD

Gameplay, progression or performance issues: describe the level or stage and any steps to reproduce. "It broke" is relatable but not very debuggable.
