Privacy Policy

PaiIT("we", "us", or "our") builds mobile applications and operates paiit.io. This Privacy Policy explains what information our apps may handle, how we use it, and what we do not do with your data.

We aim to collect only what is needed to make our apps work. We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising. We do not profile users for marketing. We do not track you across third-party apps or websites.

PaiOS

PaiOS may access Apple HealthKit data only after you explicitly grant permission in iOS. We request access only to the health data types needed for the features you use.

HealthKit data is used solely to provide the requested app features — such as displaying your health, fitness and goal-tracking information within PaiOS. HealthKit data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing.

You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → PaiOS.

Accounts

Some PaiIT apps allow you to create an account. If you do, we store only the information necessary to provide account functionality and to synchronise your own data between your devices — such as your email address and the app data associated with your account.

We do not ask for information that is not needed for the app to work.

PaiFit

PaiFit is designed for fitness trainers and studios. To provide its features, the app stores information such as trainer and client details, workouts, schedules and measurements in cloud storage. This information is used only to operate PaiFit — for example, to manage clients, track progress and display schedules.

PaiFit data is not used for advertising or marketing.

Analytics

PaiIT currently does not use advertising analytics or behavioural tracking in its apps.

If we introduce anonymous diagnostics or crash reporting in future, we will update this policy before or when that changes.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be processed by infrastructure providers required to operate our services — such as Supabase, which provides authentication and cloud data storage for some PaiIT apps. These providers process data only on our behalf and only to provide the application's functionality.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to respond to a valid legal request.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect user data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Data deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated cloud data by contacting us at pavith@paiit.io. We will process deletion requests in a reasonable timeframe.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Website

The paiit.io website does not require an account. If you contact us by email, we will use your message and email address only to respond to your enquiry.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
